Get Ripped With a Caloric Cycling Diet

Bye Bye Fat, Bye Bye Muscle. Lets face it, you can be working your heart out and actually developed great abs, but they are all hidden under a layer or two of fat. So, you try taking the fat off and off goes the muscle with it. What frustration is that! Obviously what you have been doing isn’t working. The old saying is so true in this case,”If you keep doing what you’ve always been doing then you’ll get what you’ve always been getting!” It is time to take that great six-pack out of the cooler.

The Caloric Cycling Solution

Caloric Cycling is not the only diet that can help you lose the fat and save the muscle, but it is one of my favorites. It is based on varying the amount of calories you eat each day. This keeps your body from lowering its metabolism and cannibalizing its muscle tissue while you shed the layers of fat hiding those muscles. An eat every other day diet is really not strictly eating every other day but it is instead the principle of eating lean proteins for periods of time punctuated by high calorie feed days.

If I go on this eat every other day diet, what can I expect?

First of all you need to be committed to losing fat and retaining muscle. Once you do, you will have the option of different levels of fat loss. All of them follow the same basic principles that I will outline here. They only vary in intensity. If you fallow one of the many eat every other day diet plan you will be given a lot of nutritional information. You should pick an eat every other day diet plan that was written by a trainer and health consultant so you will know that the plan is a solid one. While on a caloric cycling plan you will have “burn days” where you eat lean proteins and then you will have feed days where you eat a lot of fun foods. One author put it this way:

“I blew off my “feed meal” four days ago. I have been on a massive fat loss roll for weeks now and frankly I just did not feel like eating a lot. That’s another benefit… it really cuts your appetite and food-cravings down. Anyway, the next day in the gym I fell on my face! I was weaker and not any leaner. I went home, ate literally about 6000 cals and presto: Leaner than ‘ever’ the next day and ready to train hard.”

What’s does caloric cycling plans usually come with?

They usually come with a complete ebook guide and some form of support where you can get your questions answered personally. You also usually get a membership into their specific Health Forum. There is so much more. I would suggest checking out the some of these sites for yourself.

Our only concern is that this eat every other day diet type caloric cycling is not a diet for people with a lot of weight (over 20 lbs) to lose in only a couple of weeks, but you could lose 21 lbs in three weeks on the highest weight loss level.

If you have been hiding your six-pack under a layer of fat perhaps a caloric cycling diet can help you.
