Athlean-X Vs Fat Burning Furnace - Which is the Program For You?

Fat Burning Furnace is a highly popular diet and fitness program (one of the most popular in the world) created by Rob Poulos, a former fat guy turned fitness author, and used by thousands of men and women worldwide. Athlean-X is a special workout and nutrition program created by Jeff Cavaliere, noted as one of the Top 50 Trainers in the United States, who was the head strength coach of the New York Mets for 3 years.
Both of these programs are good, have great reviews and testimonials. I have them both. Which one of these two programs is the one for you? Which should you use to achieve your fitness goals?
This depends on what those goals are. Both of these programs can help you burn fat and build lean muscle tissue, both can help you look and feel better, both can help you improve your fitness level.
The question is what’s more important to you. If you just want to lose some weight and get leaner than Fat Burning Furnace is the program with the longer track record and should help you achieve your goals. If you’re interested in becoming more athletic, both in how you look and what you’re able to do, then Athlean-X is the better program.
The reason is that Athlean-X was made for athletes. It’s geared not just to help you look better but to perform better as well. If you want to be a better basketball, baseball, or volleyball player, or any other sport for that matter, the various exercises that Jeff Cavaliere teaches in AthleanX will probably help you more than the more ordinary, general exercises in Fat Burning Furnace.
However, this doesn’t mean that Fat Burning Furnace is not as good as AthleanX. When it comes to explaining nutrition and why you should eat in a certain way, Rob Poulos does a better job. Athlean-X includes detailed meal plans which you can follow but there is no section that reall goes into why those meal plans are the best. At least it doesn’t do so in detail. So, if you want to really learn more about nutrition take Rob Poulos’s program.
AthleanX has more exercises and you can create more interesting and varied workouts. The question is whether you really need more varied and challenging workouts. Fat Burning Furnace is challenging enough to help you burn fat.
It comes down to your goals. Both programs are good.
