No Carb Diet - Learn What Foods to Eat on a No Carb Diet Menu Plan
Posted by fitnessguru in Prescription Diet Drugs on February 04th, 2010
You can lose weight quickly and permanently without any health risks, but quite the other way round - with lots of additional benefits. The simple solution to your problem with the few extra pounds that simply make your life miserable is the no carb diet. Still, it is worth mentioning that the carbohydrates cannot be restricted to none, but to the very bare minimum possible.
The no carb diet is effective, but firstly you have to find the underlying causes of the problem. The fat is compiled in our body and causes weight gain for a number of reasons that are often hard to solve. You are simply forced to eat unhealthy food which is not organic and in the majority of cases has been processed commercially. By eating a variety of products that contain excessive amounts of the basic nutrients and not having the chance to utilize them optimally due to the lack of physical activity, these are turned into fat and stored at the most obvious places - the abdomen, the hips, thighs and arms. You also have to admit that you often eat larger food portions primarily due to stress.
The no carb diet works quite simply to solve any type of obesity problem. By reducing the main nutrient providing energy to your body, it will automatically start using its sources of compiled fats as well as the ones you intake and turn them to carbohydrates to give you the necessary energy. This method has been tested and proven to work. Your body will be forced to burn fat very quickly, which aids the fast weight loss. The bad cholesterol in your blood vessels will be reduced while the blood sugar levels will be effectively regulated. The lower blood pressure is also a great benefit. You can expect to have reduced cravings, positive emotions, better brain activity and more energy if you use this nutritional plan.
The best way to go about the no carb diet is to identify the foods that do not contain any carbohydrates. These are the meats and some leafy green vegetables such as lettuce and spinach. Still, in order to preserve the meat in its most beneficial state you have to bake it or grill it - frying is a bad idea. The only drink that is carb free is water. As you can see your choice if very restricted, but you can consume some foods that are very low in carbohydrates so that you have diversity in your meals. The apples and apricots, the eggs, butter and blue cheese are fine choices. If you have severe bread cravings you can easily buy or bake a low carb one.
You can start having the no carb diet today without any hassle. The food products are easily available and are quite tasty. You will enjoy the meals and not feel starved in any way. Most importantly, you will slim down fast plus become much healthier. The optimal results will come in the most pleasant possible way. The truth is that nothing can be better than this.
Is it True That Nutrisystem is Not Sustainable? Here's My Opinion
Posted by fitnessguru in Prescription Diet Drugs on February 04th, 2010
I was recently asked by someone if “Nutrisystem was really sustainable for the long term.” The person had looked at the diet and was pretty sure that she could get behind this program for a month or two, but she wasn’t sure if this short time frame was going to give her the results that she wanted. And she also wasn’t sure how long she planned to stick with the diet. I will share some of the things that we discussed in the following article.
Determining How Long You’re Going To Need To Be On Nutrisystem To See The Results That You Want: The person in question was hoping to lose around 60 pounds. Taking into consideration the company’s literature, clinical studies, and my own knowledge from experience (and on weight loss forums,) I’d call anywhere from 2 - 4 pounds about average and not unrealistic. So, I’ll just take the middle of this range and call it three pounds. Again, I don’t think that this range is out of question for someone who’s going to be reasonably diligent with consuming the foods provided and somewhat smart about adding in the recommended side items.
So at three pounds per week, she was looking at around 20 weeks or about five months. I can tell you from my own experiences and opinions that I don’t think that this would be overwhelmingly difficult. You are offered decent tasting comfort foods like pizza, fajitas, macaroni and cheese, ravioli, pretzels, chocolate bars and pancakes. Most people can find enough foods that they like out of the over 150 choices to make up a decent amount of variety and satisfaction with their meals.
And, you can always change up and rotate your sides to give yourself even more variety. So, while I didn’t think 5 months was going to be out of her reach, she also wanted to know what what happen at the end of that time period (once she lost enough weight.) She wanted to know if, after she finally reached her goal, she was supposed to have to stay on Nutrisystem for longer than that of if she could just abruptly go off of it. The truth is, that decision is hers, but the company does offer you a lot of support with this process.
Nutrisystem Maintenance After You’ve Met Your Weight Loss Goals: Once you’re happy with your weight, you will want to decide how (or if) you want to go off of the plan. Some people will chose to remain on the plan, at least somewhat, because it’s just become a habit and because it’s easy. Some will chose to add a Nutrisystem meal or two into their daily life as they sort of ease into regular foods. And, some will just try to take what they’ve learned about healthy eating on the plan and use that knowledge to make healthy choices with regular foods from the beginning.
One thing that many people don’t know about Nutrisystem is that they offer free counseling during your entire experience. You can very easily call up (or real time chat) and have a counselor work with you to come up with a plan to transition back to regular foods. This process really isn’t all that difficult. It really just depends on your comfort level, your decisions as to how quickly you want to stop consuming the diet foods, and how you’re able to incorporate what you’ve learned during the process. Many people underestimate this. If you’ve been following along, using the free counseling, and making smart choices with your sides, this process might actually be a little easier than you might think.
Fat Flush Diet - Melting Fat Right Off With This Fast Diet Plan
Posted by fitnessguru in Prescription Diet Drugs on February 04th, 2010
You have probably been struggling to find the right type of nutritional plan. It is definitely a good idea that you are making attempts, but when they are not targeted into the right direction they are simply bound to fail. The fat flush diet is basically what it says it is - a program that allows you to get rid of fats and to become slimmer.
Before getting to the actual aspects of this nutritional plan you should be absolutely clear about how the whole weight and fat gain process works. This will show you in what ways the fat flush diet can treat this and make you more motivated to stick to it. You gain weight when you consume more food calories than you can burn. As a result the nutritional elements and the carbohydrates and fats in particular are stored in your body in the form of glycogen commonly known as fat. You consume more calories than you need to due to your menu consisting of high calorie foods and due to overeating. You go into such extremes because of stress and lack the lack of sufficient rest and satisfaction.
It can be safely said that the fat flush diet has all the elements that can battle each of the specific problems associated with and causes of weight gain. The nutritional plan basically covers food consumption, exercising and rest. As you can see it is quite complete and all encompassing. So, all you need to do is set your slimming target goals. It is important for them to be relatively high and yet realistic so that you will be able to keep your motivation all the time even in the tough moments. The results you can expect do not end up with the substantial slimming and the reduction of fat in the body. The detoxifying effect provides for better health, more energy and better looks.
The fat flush diet combines the two most essential nutritional aspects of weight loss - the lower calorie intake and the restriction of carbs. Thus, you will need to fully exclude all the junk food as well as the alcohol from your menu. The same applies to the sugar and oils apart from the beneficial and rich in omega-3 fatty acids flax seed oil. After the first one to two weeks of very restrictive calorie consumption, you can expand this to the optimal 1500 calories per day. This will allow you to go on the diet for as long as you need to in order to achieve your weight loss target goals. The daily cardio and muscle building exercising and the good night sleep are also necessary.
One thing that is certain about the fat flush diet is that it is effective for weight loss. It is also not hard to stick to especially if you are motivated enough to succeed in slimming. This nutritional plan is above all healthy and prevents the side and yo-yo effects. You can have a better life - it is up to you to make it such.
