Low Carb Diet Menu? Discover Great Low Carb Foods That You Can Enjoy Everyday!

Low carb dieting is something that many people have had success with in the past, the present and will continue to in the future, myself included. It was made famous by Dr Atkins which is why it is often referred to “The Atkins Diet”. It may seem hard to cut out your favorite carbs but there are some great alternatives.
The great thing about low carbohydrate dieting is you can usually eat as much as you like and still lose weight. Additionally, as your diet will contain a lot more protein and fat than usual, you will also fill your hunger up pretty quickly. Here is how I have approached my low carb meals in the past;
Breakfast - Eggs were always a part of my breakfast when I was limited my carbohydrate intake. They are a fantastic protein source and have very little carbs in them. There are many ways you can use them, as well. You might like to fry them, scramble them, poach them or even make an omelette. Low carb foods that go well with eggs are bacon, ham, tomato, mushrooms, cheese, etc.
Lunch - For lunch I always looked to have some kind of salad. You can eat as much salad as you like when you’re on a low carb diet. I generally would have some grilled chicken breast cut up and I would use lemon as a dressing.
Dinner - For dinner I would generally have a nice big steak. Steak is a fantastic source of protein and it is very tasty. Again, you can have a side of salad and make yourself a pretty nice meal.
These are just a few examples, however, there are many more. You could opt to eat hamburgers, low carb sausages, minced meat or anything other low carb item you can think of.
Additionally, you should try and eat more than 3 meals a day. Break up the portion of each meal and try to eat 5-6 times a day instead.
