Have you ever gone to bed with a full stomach and be kept awake with discomfort and irritable night rest? Well, I have and I can tell you these are the times that I am so tired and fatigued the next day. But what happens when it has been a two days and longer of sleepless nights just because my overstuffed feeling is keeping me awake.
