Lose Weight Fast the Eat Stop Eat Way

Do you want to lose weight fast? The new dieting program called Eat Stop Eat? has become very popular because it’s based on intermittent fasting. Compared to other weight loss programs, you save time because there are no special requirements: no special meals to prepare, or classes to attend.
But is this diet program suitable for you? If others haven’t worked for you, then Eat Stop Eat might be your solution.
1. Is Fasting Dangerous?
“Is it dangerous?” is often a concern with intermittent fasting. The short answer is that it’s not; it’s healthy.
Fasting has been used for millennia, often for religious reasons. Your body is set up to cope with a periodic fast. For thousands of years food was uncertain, until humanity settled down to a farming lifestyle and was able to eat more regularly.
That said, if you have health challenges or if you haven’t seen your doctor for a while, have a health checkup before you start this or any other dieting program.
2. Improve Your Diet on Non-Fast Days
With the Eat Stop Eat program, you fast either one day or for two days a week. On other days you eat quite normally. However, aim to eat healthy foods, rather than fast foods and junk foods. If you eat junk food on your non-fast days, you’re undoing the good effects of the diet.
If you already eat a good healthy diet, then you don’t need to make any changes at all. On your fast days, ensure that you drink plenty of fluids, particularly water.
3. Tip: Drinking Green Tea Helps
People who are on the Eat Stop Eat program recommend that you drink green tea on both your fast days and your non-fast days. Green tea has many health benefits, and it also acts as an appetite suppressant.
The Eat Stop Eat program is a unique method of weight loss. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re a person who’s failed on other dieting programs, it may just be for you.
